" Pada saat aku masih muda, aku bermimpi untuk mengubah dunia. Dengan bertambahnya usia dan kearifanku, kudapat bahwa dunia tak juga berubah. Maka cita-citaku pun kupersempit. Lalu aku mulai memfokuskan upayaku untuk mengubah negeriku, namun hal itu pun tak berhasil aku wujudkan. Maka kupersempit lagi cita-citaku. Ketika usiaku semakin bertambah senja, dengan semangat yang masih tersisa, kuputuskan untuk mengubah keluargaku. Teteapi keluargaku juga tak mau diubah. Dan kini sementara aku berbaring pada saat ajal menjelang tiba-tiba kusadari: Andaikan aku mengubah diriku terlebih dulu, pasti aku akan bisa menjadikan diriku sebagai panutan. Setelah itu, mungkin aku bisa mengubah keluargaku. Aku juga bahkan mungkin mampu mengubah negeriku, dan pada akhirnya mengubah dunia."
